A Case of Multiple Bowen

Abstract
|
|
|
We report a case of multiple Bowen's disease associated with adenoid basal cell carcinoma.
A 85-year-old man showed multiple erythematous scaly patches with crusts on the lower back, fingerwebs, flank & neck and an oozing reddish brown plaque with ulcer on the upper back.
Histopathologically, Bowen's disease and adenoid basal cell carcinoma were seen in the sections from the lower back & fingerweb lesions and upper back lesion respectively. (Kor J Dermatol 1993;31(6) 983-987)
